Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026 · Qareeb Care, Mianwali, Pakistan

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, registering for or using Qare (the "Platform"), operated by Qareeb Care, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to everyone using Qare: families seeking home care ("Families") and the nurses and physiotherapists offering their services ("Providers").

2. What Qare is

Qare is a two-sided marketplace connecting Families with PNC-registered nurses and qualified physiotherapists for care at home. Qare facilitates the connection. It is not a hospital, clinic, nursing agency or healthcare provider, does not employ Providers, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

3. Who can use Qare

4. Provider verification

Every Provider is verified before they can accept work: nurses through their CNIC checked against the Pakistan Nursing Council register, physiotherapists through their DPT qualification and CNIC. Qare may suspend or permanently remove any Provider found to have given false credentials. Families are still advised to confirm credentials directly before care begins.

5. Bookings and payment

Payment for the care itself happens directly between the Family and the Provider, in cash. Qare is not a payment intermediary for service fees between users, and charges Families nothing.

Providers pay Qare a 10% commission on the agreed total of each completed job, through Qare's secure online payment, once the job is complete and payment is confirmed. There is no joining fee and no subscription. Unpaid commission above the current threshold may result in the account being temporarily hidden from the marketplace until it is settled.

Qare is not responsible for payment disputes arising from arrangements made outside the Platform's confirmation system. Commission refunds are covered in our Service Policy.

6. Completing a booking

A booking is complete only when both the Family and the Provider confirm it in the app. The Family confirms first, then the Provider. This two-step confirmation protects both sides and is what the review and trust system is built on.

7. Trust scores and reviews

Qare operates a trust score for Families based on payment history. Families with confirmed payment defaults have their trust score reduced and may be flagged as defaulters. Reviews must be honest and based on a real booking. False reviews may result in the account being terminated.

8. Disputes

If a payment dispute arises, the affected Provider may submit a dispute report in the app. Qare will review it and may mark a Family as a confirmed defaulter based on the evidence. Qare's decision in dispute matters is final. Qare is not liable for losses incurred outside the Platform's confirmation and dispute systems.

9. Prohibited conduct

10. Limitation of liability

Qare is a marketplace that facilitates connections between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the care provided, and are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from the Platform or from services delivered by Providers listed on it.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Qare will not exceed the commission you paid to Qare in the preceding three months.

11. Termination

Qare may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct we judge harmful to the Platform or its users.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mianwali, Pakistan.

13. Changes to these terms

Qare may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
