Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using Qare (the "Platform"), operated by Qareeb Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users of Qare, including families seeking home nursing care ("Families") and nurses offering their services ("Nurses").

2. Platform Description

Qare is a two-sided marketplace that connects Families with verified, Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC)-registered home care nurses. Qare facilitates connections but is not itself a nursing agency or healthcare provider. All care services are provided directly by independent nurses.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Qare
• Nurses must hold a valid PNC registration number and government-issued CNIC
• Families must provide accurate CNIC information during registration
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during signup
• One account per person is permitted

4. Nurse Verification

All nurses on Qare undergo a verification process that includes PNC number validation and CNIC verification. Qare reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any nurse found to have provided false credentials. Families are advised to independently confirm nurse credentials before starting any care arrangement.

5. Bookings & Payments

All payment transactions for nursing services occur directly between the Family and the Nurse in cash. Qare does not act as a payment intermediary for service fees between users.

A 10% commission on the agreed job total is payable by the Nurse to Qare via JazzCash upon job completion and payment confirmation. Failure to pay commission may result in account suspension.

Qare is not responsible for any payment disputes arising from transactions conducted outside the platform's confirmation system.

6. Completion & Confirmation

A booking is considered complete only when both the Family and the Nurse confirm completion through the Qare app. The Family must confirm first, followed by the Nurse. This two-step confirmation protects both parties and forms the basis for the trust and review system.

7. Trust Score & Reviews

Qare operates a trust score system for Families based on payment history. Families with confirmed payment defaults will have their trust score reduced and may be flagged as defaulters. Reviews submitted on the platform must be honest and based on actual experiences. False reviews may result in account termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

In cases of payment disputes, the affected Nurse may submit a dispute report through the Qare app. Qare admin will review the dispute and may mark a Family as a confirmed defaulter based on the evidence provided. Qare's decision in dispute matters is final.

Qare is not liable for any financial losses incurred outside the platform's confirmation and dispute systems.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake profiles or providing false credentials
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Soliciting users to transact outside the Qare platform to avoid commissions
• Submitting false reviews or dispute reports
• Sharing login credentials with third parties
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

Qare is a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the nursing services provided. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our platform or from services provided by nurses listed on Qare.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Qare shall not exceed the commission amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

11. Termination

Qare reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Street 52, I-11/2, Islamabad, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

Qare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
