1. About Our Services

Qare is Pakistan's trusted home nursing marketplace. We connect families with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC)-verified nurses for professional home care services. All services are delivered directly by independent nurses — Qare facilitates the connection and ensures quality through our verification and trust systems.

3. Service Delivery

All services on Qare are delivered by independent, PNC-verified nurses. Qare does not directly employ nurses. Service quality, punctuality, and professionalism are the responsibility of the individual nurse.

Families can report service quality concerns through the review system or by contacting Qare support at Qareapp.pk@gmail.com.

4. Pricing & Rates

Nurses set their own daily or per-shift rates on their profiles. Families can view rates before hiring and negotiate through the application system. Qare does not set or regulate individual nurse rates.

Platform Commission

Qare charges a 10% commission from the nurse on the total agreed payment for each completed job. This commission is paid by the nurse to Qare via JazzCash after the family confirms payment. There are no fees charged to families for using the Qare platform.

5. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a booking before the service start date. Cancellations must be communicated through the Qare app. Repeated cancellations by families may result in a reduction of their trust score. Nurses who cancel accepted bookings without valid reason may face account restrictions.

6. Refund Policy

Since all payments between families and nurses are made directly in cash, Qare does not process refunds between users. In cases of service not rendered or significant quality issues:

For any Qare platform commission disputes, contact Qareapp.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Service Quality Standards

8. Dispute Resolution

Qare provides a built-in dispute resolution system accessible from the app. Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the booking completion or payment confirmation. Qare admin will review all submitted evidence and make a final determination within 5–7 business days.

Qare's decision in all platform-related disputes is final and binding.

9. Geographic Coverage

Qare currently serves families and nurses across major cities in Pakistan, including Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Faisalabad. We are continuously expanding to new cities.
