Qare connects families with verified nurses and qualified physiotherapists for care delivered at home. Rates are set by each provider and vary by experience and duration. Typical ranges, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), are:
These prices are indicative and may vary by provider and the patient's specific needs. The exact amount is always agreed before a booking is confirmed.
Families pay providers directly in cash for the care itself — Qare does not charge families any booking or platform fee. Providers pay two fees to Qare online (card, bank transfer, or mobile wallet, in PKR):
A family or provider may cancel a booking through the Qare app before the service begins, at no charge. Because families do not pay until the service is complete, cancelling a booking before it starts involves no payment and no penalty.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect a user's standing on the platform. Once a service has started, charges are based on the portion of care actually delivered, as agreed between the family and the provider in the app.
Qare delivers services, not goods. Nothing is shipped, so there are no product returns. Refunds apply only to the fees providers pay to Qare online.
The Rs 200 registration fee is fully refundable if a provider has not accepted or completed any job and chooses to leave the platform. Once a provider has accepted or completed one or more jobs, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Commission becomes payable only after a job is completed and payment is confirmed by both sides. If a commission is charged in error, it is eligible for a refund.
Email Qareapp.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If a family does not pay a provider for completed care, the provider may raise a dispute in the app. Qare reviews disputes, usually within 5–7 business days, and may flag a family as a confirmed defaulter based on the evidence. Qare's decision in dispute matters is final. Full terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
