Everything families and providers ask about Qare
Qare is Pakistan's home-care marketplace. We connect families who need home care with verified, PNC-registered nurses and qualified physiotherapists (DPT). Families can post a job or browse provider profiles and book care directly. Qare facilitates the connection; the care itself is provided by independent professionals.
No. Qare is a technology platform. We are not a hospital, clinic, or agency, and we do not employ providers. Nurses and physiotherapists on Qare are independent professionals who hold their own credentials.
Qare currently serves major cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Faisalabad, and is expanding over time.
Download the Qare app, create a family account, and either post a job describing the care you need or browse verified nurse and physiotherapist profiles. Providers apply with their proposed rate; you compare profiles, ratings, and experience, then confirm who you want.
Families pay providers directly in cash for the agreed amount once the job is complete. Qare never holds or processes the money between you and the provider. There are no platform fees for families.
Yes. Every nurse is verified using their PNC registration number and CNIC, and every physiotherapist with their DPT, before they can accept any bookings. We still advise families to confirm credentials directly before care begins.
You can report any concern through the in-app review system or by emailing Qareapp.pk@gmail.com. Qare also runs a built-in dispute resolution system; disputes are reviewed by Qare admin, usually within 5–7 business days.
Providers pay a one-time registration fee of Rs 200 (PKR) to join the platform and start receiving jobs. This is paid online through Qare's secure payment (card, bank transfer, or mobile wallet). The current amount is always shown before you pay.
Qare charges a 10% commission on the total agreed amount of each completed job. The family pays you in cash, then you pay the 10% commission to Qare online after the job and payment are confirmed in the app. You keep 90% of every job.
Only after a job is complete and payment is confirmed. Once you confirm in the app that you received your cash payment, the 10% commission becomes due before you can accept your next job.
If you report non-payment, Qare contacts the family to confirm. The family has 24 hours to confirm payment or resolve the issue. If they fail to respond or pay within 24 hours, their account is permanently blocked from Qare. This protects providers from defaulters.
For the fees providers pay to Qare (registration fee and commission), Qare accepts secure online payments including debit/credit card, bank transfer, and mobile wallet, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Family-to-provider payments for the care itself are made directly in cash.
Yes, in full, if you have not accepted or completed any job and you choose to leave the platform. Once you have accepted or completed one or more jobs, the registration fee is non-refundable. Full details are in our Service Policy.
Email Qareapp.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No. Qare provides services only — providers deliver care in person at the family's home. Nothing is shipped or couriered. See our Service & Delivery Policy for details.
