About Qare
What is Qare?
Qare is a home-care marketplace for Pakistan. We connect families who need care at home with verified, PNC-registered nurses and qualified physiotherapists. You can post a job or browse profiles and book directly. Qare facilitates the connection — the care itself is delivered by independent professionals.
Is Qare a hospital or an agency?
No. Qare is a technology platform. We are not a hospital, clinic or agency, and we do not employ providers. Everyone on Qare is an independent professional holding their own credentials.
Which cities does Qare cover?
Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Faisalabad, with more added over time.
For families
How do I book care?
Download the Qare app, create a family account, then either post a job describing the care you need or browse verified nurse and physiotherapist profiles. Providers apply with their proposed rate. You compare profiles, ratings and experience, then confirm who you want.
How do I pay?
You pay the provider directly in cash, the agreed amount, once the job is complete. Qare never holds the money between you and the provider, and charges families no platform fee at all.
Are providers really verified?
Yes. Before a nurse can accept any booking we check their CNIC against the public Pakistan Nursing Council register, and we check a physiotherapist's DPT qualification. We still recommend confirming credentials directly before care begins.
What if there's a problem with the service?
Report it through the in-app review and dispute system, or email support@qarepk.com. Disputes are reviewed by the Qare team, usually within 5–7 business days.
For providers
What does it cost to join Qare?
Nothing. Joining Qare is free — there is no registration fee and no subscription. You pay only a 10% commission on jobs you actually complete.
What commission does Qare take?
10% of the agreed total of each completed job. The family pays you in cash, then you pay the 10% to Qare online once the job and payment are confirmed in the app. You keep 90% of every job.
When is commission due?
Only after a job is complete and payment is confirmed. Once you confirm in the app that you received your cash payment, the commission becomes due. If unpaid commission builds past the threshold shown in the app, your profile is hidden from the marketplace until you settle it.
What if a family doesn't pay me?
Raise a dispute in the app. Qare contacts the family to confirm. If they fail to respond or pay, their trust score is reduced and they may be flagged as a confirmed defaulter or blocked from the platform. This protects providers from repeat defaulters.
Payments and refunds
What payment methods does Qare accept?
For commission paid by providers to Qare, we accept secure online payment by debit or credit card, bank transfer and mobile wallet, in Pakistani Rupees. Family-to-provider payment for the care itself is made directly in cash.
Can commission be refunded?
Yes, if it was charged in error — for example on a job that was cancelled or never took place. Email support@qarepk.com within 7 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Does Qare ship anything?
No. Qare provides services only — providers deliver care in person at the family's home. Nothing is shipped or couriered. See our Service & Delivery Policy.
Your account and data
How do I delete my account?
Open your profile in the app, go to settings and choose Delete account. Full instructions, and details of what is deleted and what is kept, are on our account deletion page.
Who can see my personal details?
Provider profiles are public inside the app. A family's name, phone number and address are shared only with the provider whose booking they accept. Our Privacy Policy sets out the full picture.
