Service & Delivery Policy

1. No Physical Products — Services Only

Qare is a service platform, not an online store. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. Nothing is posted, couriered, or mailed to customers. Because of this, there are no shipping charges, no delivery timelines for goods, and no product tracking on Qare.

What Qare provides is a connection between families needing home care and verified providers — PNC-registered nurses and qualified physiotherapists — who deliver care in person at the patient's location.

2. How Services Are Delivered

All home care services booked through Qare are delivered in person by the provider at the address provided by the family. The flow is:

A family posts a job or books a provider through the Qare app and provides their home address.
A verified provider accepts the booking and travels to the family's home at the agreed date and time.
The provider delivers the agreed home care service in person.
Both sides confirm completion in the app, and the family pays the provider directly in cash.

Service availability depends on the schedules of providers in the family's area. Qare facilitates the connection but does not employ providers directly.

3. Digital Access & Online Payments

Instant, digital delivery of platform access

The only items delivered online through Qare are digital — account access and platform features. When a provider pays the one-time registration fee of Rs 200 (PKR), access to the platform is activated electronically and immediately. No physical item is shipped. Likewise, the 10% platform commission paid by providers is an online payment for the use of a digital service, not a purchase of goods.

4. Service Area

Qare currently serves families and providers across major cities in Pakistan, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Faisalabad, and is continuously expanding. The actual location of each service visit is the home address provided by the family at the time of booking.

5. Timing & Scheduling

Booking times are agreed between the family and the provider through the Qare app. Qare does not guarantee a fixed delivery window because services are provided by independent providers based on their availability. Any delays should be communicated by the provider to the family in advance, and concerns can be raised through the in-app dispute system.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because no physical goods are shipped, there are no product returns. Cancellations of bookings and refunds of fees paid to Qare are covered in our Service Policy.
